We’ve invested in a strong team who are able to drive our strategy forward. Every employee of the factory learns to make soap. It means each individual understands the process and feels connected to the products we sell. As a team we’ve learned about lean manufacturing and have transformed how natural soaps can be made in large quantities without compromising quality and our principles.
We are proud of the fact that our turnover of staff remains close to 0%. We endeavor not only to make The Camel Soap Factory a great place to work, but also to help each member of staff realise that we can help them reach their dreams too.
Our purpose has widened over the last 18 months, we’re proud of what we manufacture and proud of what we do: Simple. Honest. Skincare.
